Our Emergency First Responder course teaches essential lifesaving skills in a supportive, hands-on environment—designed for both divers and non-divers alike.
This course is focused on building confidence and practical emergency response skills through hands-on training and realistic scenarios. You’ll learn primary and secondary care, CPR, injury assessment, and how to respond effectively in emergency situations—all in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Earn your internationally recognized EFR certification while learning CPR, first aid, and emergency response techniques that can help you stay calm, prepared, and ready to assist when it matters most.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to react calmly, provide assistance, and help others in both diving and everyday emergencies.
No prior certification or diving experience is required to enroll in the Emergency First Response course. An up-to-date EFR certification completed within the past 24 months is required for both the Rescue Diver and Divemaster courses.
