Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Under The Sea Diving, we reserve instructor time, equipment, charter spaces, and course materials in advance for every booking. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

The safety of our divers is our highest priority.

If Under The Sea Diving cancels or reschedules an activity due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, equipment issues, instructor availability, or other safety concerns, guests will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future booking, or
• Rescheduling at no additional charge.

Ocean conditions that remain safe for diving do not qualify for customer-requested cancellations or refunds.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all medical requirements before booking.

If a participant answers "Yes" to any medical screening question, physician clearance may be required prior to participation.

Refunds due to medical conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Under The Sea Diving reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who:

• Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Creates an unsafe environment.
• Behaves disrespectfully toward staff, instructors, or other participants.
• Fails to follow safety procedures.

No refund will be issued in these situations.

We understand that emergencies happen. Family emergencies, illness, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling accommodation remains solely at the discretion of Under The Sea Diving.

By completing a booking, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
